The Park Rapids Rotary Club donated $5,000 to Zero Prostate Cancer to support Scott Freitag’s Miles for Money 11,000-mile bike ride to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer and schizophrenia. Presenting the check June 21 were (from left) Club President Krystal Murphy, Treasurer Scott Hewitt, Incoming President Brian Behrens, Club Member and Scott’s No. 1 supporter on the trip Katy Freitag and Scott. All are invited to a kickoff party and ceremonial ride start from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, June 25 at the Muskie Pavilion in Nevis and Heartland Trail.
